The AKVANO® platform is protected by a solid set of patents in the form of four patent families. The patent strategy is designed to secure the most important markets in Europe, USA, Japan, Kanada and China. Other countries may be added.
Our candidates AKP01 and AKP02 both aim to provide a new and improved way to treat psoriasis. Approximately 14 million people, or approximately 1,8% of the population, are currently diagnosed with psoriasis in the seven largest global markets.
Solid pipeline
Lipidor is targeting to move the candidates up to proof-of-concept and thereafter license the product and the technology to partners. Licensing discussions can start at any stage.
